- The outstanding money to be paid for the performance will be withdrawn from your bank with the Nov. fees. Please have sufficient funds in your account. A bill will be given at the beginning of October.
- For hygienic reasons, please buy a make-up sponge (to apply your child's foundation), cotton, make-up remover, water-proof mascara, (Nursery/Prep. mascara is optional). These will not be in the school make-up box.
- Please wear ballet socks (toe shoes cover) over the satin shoes to stop them from getting dirty. These can be purchased at any of the ballet shops in Fukuoka. (Sekine stocks all sizes at a good price. You may buy from a regular sock shop if they have rubber on the soles, so your child does not slip over.)
- Please take care of all your personal belongings during all the scheduled rehearsals and on the performance day.
- Since we are ordering many costumes, they may not fit perfectly. Parents are responsible for any alternations, but must return the costume as it was given to you. Therefore very simple alternations only. Since all the costumes are the same please put a name tag, sewn simply into the costume, and remove it before returning. (Also name shoes, tights inside the items) You must return the costume(s) as it was given out to you, to the costume mothers designated by your class, at the theatre.
