☆Things to bring for the November rehearsals☆

CostumeIf you do not have a costume, please wear your leotard.
Hair piece 
Ballet shoes＆

satin shoes

（only 11/1, 11/9 and 1/24）		 Ribbon（Satin shoes）are already cut and handed to the students.
Ballet socksPlease wear ballet socks (toe shoes cover) over the satin shoes to stop them from getting dirty, (whilst walking outside the studio area.)
Tights(Nursery～Preparatory)

Costume volunteer mothers will give out new tights on the 1st of November.

(Primary～Advanced)

The tights that you normally wear at lessons.
Ballet shortsBallet shorts or body foundation (elder students).
Hairpins/spray/

hair net/brush		Please do your hair before coming to the rehearsal.
Hand towel/

tissue		 
School jacket or

cardigan		 Please wear a school jacket or a cardigan while waiting. Please bring a big towel or sheet to sit on, if necessary, in the dressing rooms.
Leotard/

skirt		Please wear a leotard or a skirt during warming up and waiting.
Soft drinks/

snacks		 Do not bring drinks or snacks, unless you have rehearsals all day and permission to bring them.
Plastic bagPlease put your outdoor shoes in a plastic bag.
Slippers

 		Mothers are asked to bring slippers. Please take off your shoes on the ground floor and go upstairs.

※Please name all belongings and be sure to bring all the things on the check list!

The distribution of programs and tickets

We will give students the programs and tickets on the 1st of November. Should more tickets be required, please purchase them at the school office. (Exact money only, please).

Extra fees

Please fill in the provided tear-away slip and hand it to the school office no later than the 10th of Novembe

Make-up

  • Please ensure that students have prepared the foundation base for their make-up prior to arrival at Fukuoka Civic Hall. (All students)
  • Make-up teachers will do make-up for students in Nursery, Preparatory and Primary class.
  • Volunteers (make-up) will do make-up for Junior students. However, please do your own cheeks and eye brows in the dressing rooms at Fukuoka Civic Hall.
  • Students are required to do make-up by themselves at Senior and Advanced class.※They have make-up lessons at Chacott. The details are below.
  • We provide make-up boxes for each dressing room. Please purchase hair gel, hair pins, sponges for foundation, waterproof mascara and make-up remover.

Instructed lesson　Full make-up　\4,200,- (45minutes)
Practical lesson Full make-up　\6,300,- (1hour and 30minutes)

There is a point make-up course.
Makiyama san and Kanetake san are in charge of above lessons.
